"The province shouldn't hesitate to intervene"
... to end the York strike, says this morning's Toronto Star. A case can be made for the government to intervene now, so that they don't have to intervene two years from now.
I'm a tenure-stream faculty member at an Ontario university, which has been targeted by CUPE in their drive for coordinated bargaining. I am not a member of CUPE, I am not management, and I have no links with either CUPE or management. This blog consists of the personal observations of a concerned university member. For various reasons, I choose to remain anonymous.
